Bharat 6G Vision is a enthusiastic initiative which have aim to become a leader in technology globally. this vision focus on developing 6G technology and adaption it. the objective of this mission is to make India best in advanced technology. according to official report of “The Department of Telecommunications has established a Technology” this project will be completed in two phases.
Phase 1: 2023–2025
Phase 2: 2025–2030
After completion of this project India will have ability to access many features like Ultra High Bandwidth, Ultra High Precision, Ultra Low Energy & Cost, Ultra Massive Connectivity, Ultra High Intelligence, Ultra High Performance. All the technology will come as Bharat 6G mission get succeed.
India is Now Set to Launch 6G Technology: PM Modi
- Recently, India Mobile conference 2024, PM Modi said that after the great feat in 5G network services India has the second largest 5G telecom market in the world and is also working on 6G currently.
- Modi emphasized the need for global digital rules, as in aviation sector rules are made, so that ethical guidance can be given.
- He said every districts in India is using the services of 5G network so it has become second largest 5G market in the world.
- In India Fibers optic cables have been laid out which length is eight times more than the distance between Earth and Moon.
- He added that India has now become exporter of mobiles phones rather than importer.
- India 6G Project and Vision Document:
- The aim of this project to start 6G communication services in India till 20230.
- It will be implemented in two phases
2023-2025: To regulate the new risky ideas and proof of concept experiments.
2025-2030: Development of new technology, to implement at commercial level and to gain global acceptance.
Formation of Apex Council
Its aim to recognize 6G spectrum, standardization, development of equipment and system, how will it be implemented in India and it will do supervision of research and development.
Covering areas: This council work in terahertz communication 6g, AI-regulated connection intelligence and new encoding methods.
India Digital Ecosystem:
- With 1.2billion subscribers India has become second largest market in telecommunication in the world.
- The users of broadband have increased 60M to 800M in past nine years.
- The internet connection has increased 250M to 850M.
- The Government and Private sectors have laid out Fiber Optica cables up to 2.5Mkm.
- Everyday 70M e-certificate occurs and eight Billion of transaction are made in a month through UPI banking system.
- The Sum of 8 Lakh crores are transferred in beneficiary accounts through Direct Benefit Transaction (DBT)
Conclusion: We all the know that the status of India is a developing country and it is also known for the diversity in cultures, demographic, social and political challenges. these factors cause in someway restraint the development of India. despite of having all these issues India is making rigorous progress and is expected to become the third largest economic country by 2030.
